After a few days traveling for business and a busy week at a conference I treasure some time to explore and find local dining venues that capture  the feel of the city I am visiting. 

This morning I was up early for a sunrise walk before my conference started and I decided to eat breakfast after my walk.  

I happened to find snooze, a funky and delicious breakfast and lunch spot in Scottsdale that serves an assortment of breakfast burritos, tacos, innovative pancakes and of course all types of eggs. All the ingredients are fresh, wholesome and locally sourced. Snooze is open form 6:30am until 2:30pm.

What I appreciated about my breakfast was the fresh loose leaf earl grey tea, the cage free eggs used in my egg white avocado, cilantro and caramelized onion scramble and laid back funky vibe. Every bite was delicious and refreshing to finf a brefeast venuethat serves such fresh and innovative choices 
Daron the manager was super friendly and gave me a brief history of this eatery that started in Colorado and spread to Arizona. Privately owned with a desire to serve locally sourced healthy, wholesome, sustainable and innovative food. I am definitely a fan and can’t wait to return to try the pineapple upside down pancakes!! Yummy.
