On a recent trip to Los Angeles, I was fortunate to visit KazuNori for dinner. With locations in Los Angeles, I went to the new Marian Del Rey location right on the water. With counter seating only and no reservations you might have a wait, but it is worth it. Hand roll sushi is the specialty and their diligence to a memorable eating experience is impressive. Chef KazuNori Nozawa introduced the hand roll to the US.

With fish sourced locally and internationally daily you are getting fresh procured fish, seaweed specifically harvested and rice that is grown & prepared based on their exacting standards. This diligence provides great sushi worth a wait.

On the menu you have a choice of ordering hand rolls which come in an assortment of three, four, five and six set menus. Additionally, you can order individual hand rolls and sashimi. For the quality you are getting an excellent value as the food is extremely fresh with sauces house made and their special warm rice that creates a difference in taste. I look forward to trying their other dining venues SUGARFISH and Nozawa Bar on my next trip to Los Angeles.
