How much WATER should you drink everyday?

  • WOMEN take your weight divide by 2 and convert that number into ounces.
  • MEN take your weight x .6 and convert that number into ounces. If you’re exercising add 6 ounces to that number.
  • NEVER more than 128 ounces per day.
