It has been six months since I saw my sister and nephew. For me it seems like decades because we are very close.

We finally took a road trip for six hours with my Mother to go visit my sister after we felt it was safe to do so during this crisis that we are all experiencing globally.

My sister Sherry is so generous and kind and always makes sure she takes us out to the most delicious dining venues. She has her pulse on what is happening in her area.

With all the social distancing  guidelines we wanted to go out but be safe so Sherry decided we should go to Gosman’s, a delicious waterfront dining venue with plenty of outdoor seating in Montauk. Gosman’s is family owned so during this time so important to support local businesses.

Gosman’s is known for their fresh seafood. My mother had fish and chips, my sister had grilled salmon and I had the seared tuna with a ginger glaze sauce.

Gosman’s also has a fish market so fresh fish is their forte. The seafood is extremely fresh and melts in your mouth.

The weather was warm but balmy with a fresh breeze from the water. It was a perfect venue for a family reunion.
