I was recently in Los Angeles for business and for all of us that travel for business extensively, we know that business travel and especially lunches can become cumbersome.

My recent Lunch at the Wolfgang Puck restaurant at the Hotel Bel- Air was anything but normal and it turned out to quite the magical experience. Of course I was with a great client!

The restaurant is housed on the grounds of the historic Hotel Bel-Air and sits on 12 acres of breathtaking landscaped grounds. The menu changes seasonally and ingredients are locally sourced from farmer markets. One can sit and dine on the garden terrace or inside. The restaurant is impeccable with fantastic service and great light California style cuisine.

From the entrée salads to the wood fired fish the cuisine is innovative, fresh and delicious. The cookie and fruit plate for dessert was fantastic. The setting is just magical sitting on the terrace with the stunning grounds around me and allowing me to relax even though dining for business.

I can’t wait to return and savor this iconic property for leisure when I have more time to peruse the grounds and enjoy all that the Hotel Bel-Air has to offer.
